The position- HR Executive, The role was: 1.Recruitment(manpower requisition, Shortlisting resumes, coordinating with candidates, taking aptitude test, TST test, interview of the candidates, campus recruitment, following up the candidates for the joining formalities) 2. Induction/Orientation: Prepared Induction manual, checklist for new joiners, meeting the new joiner, introducing to the organization, arranging and conducting induction/training programs, completing other joining formalities, sending welcome note 3.Training and Development: Developed the process, Training calender, training man hours mapping, arranging and conducting training programs (both technical and soft skills) 4.MIS- Developed and maintained MIS for manpower planning for generating reports 5. Organizational Development: Taking OD initiatives in order to maintain good bonding among the employees and between the organization and employees 6. Employee relations and CSR(counseling): making employees aware about the importance of the teamwork, importance of communication skills to maintain good relationships, being a bridge between employees and management.
