EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO 4 SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTS Responsible for National and International travel, flights and hotels for National Sales Manager and reps Prepare catering, room and personnel arrangements for all corporate sales meetings, also taking minutes Log all vacation/travel requests for local, district, national and regional Sales personnel and Managers Monitor and process all Sales Dept. paperwork and yearly renewal documents for national dealer network Process and balance purchase requisitions, budget and check requests for nationwide sales Input all inventory sample accounts, orders for expensed inventory and promotional premiums Responsible for distributing new dealer paperwork to proper vendors nationwide
