Daily Duties at Be Aerospace:
SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR to VICE PRESIDENT TRAINER for 7 Program Managers & 6 Project Administrators; SPEAK Intermediate Mandarin Chinese Language Perform duties on VP’s behalf in confidential matters and maintain calendars for VP and Program Managers Coordinator for Multi-National Travel Itineraries & airline prearrangements for VP & Executives with TRIPS International communication/ scheduling for corporate executives from Cathay, Japan, British, Korean & Sukhoi Russian Airlines; Boeing knowledge and handling Boeing Proprietary Compile travel reports; Track and resolve expense issues; Reconcile corp. credit card payments; Executive meeting minutes and scheduling of meetings, conference room and coordinating projects/workshops Catering contract negotiating and event coordination; Delegate responsibilities to Administrative Assistants Excellent document creation, editing and management to support Multi-Million Dollar Invoices and Shipping Create and edit electronic/written communication; Set up tracking systems and monitor action items;
