SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ENGINEER TECHNICAL ANALYST – 787 CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Perform work in a LEAN work-cell environment within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Certification Organization Review cert submittals for accuracy in FAA Forms and compliance documents; Compile travel reports & track expenses Perform duties for Cert. Specialists, BDCO Boeing Delegated Compliance Org., Engineers & maintain their calendars Support Engineering Processes of submittals and ensure timely completion and updating of all required rework Input, manipulate and validate data using Analytical Skills in Engineering Tracking & Control System ETAC documents Executive meeting minutes and scheduling of meetings, conference room and coordinating projects/workshops International communication/ scheduling for worldwide Boeing corporate executives traveling to the Everett site Consult on and perform a variety of support services, policy and procedure review and process documentation Generate metrics for program management activities and senior management visibility for tracking information
