Daily Duties at Univest Financial Services:
Directly underwrote approximately $250M of commercial loans while rendering managerial oversight of approximately $500M of loans for CMBS securitization. Performed underwriting for an additional $250M in commercial mortgages for CMBS securitization that incorporated 3rd party underwriting assignments for several investment banks including Smith Barney, Daiwa Securities, UBS and Deutsche Bank. Prepared Fitch, Moody’s and S & P rating agency presentations. Charged with educating staff and scrutinizing all loans prior to submission to credit committee.
