-Verified and input pertinent information and changes on the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Statement against forms for payment to local carriers. -Reviewed and updated transportation weights from local carriers, by ensuring proper payment was being billed to U.S. Government. -Input Government Bill of Lading weights into Transportation Operational Personal Property Standard System (TOPS), for local carriers to be paid in a timely manner. -Scanned customer household goods records to be archived from database. -Maintained and updated changes to local publications to ensure compliance with new policies and procedures.
