Daily Duties at Siemens Communications:
• Assisted Siemens, Eloyalty and Black Box engineers remotely throughout the implementation phase of the Sears IP voice rollout. • The rollout included installing Cisco 3845’s for T1 services designed for MPLS circuits and T1’s to existing PBX’s. Remote equipment was also installed to provide remote administration for PBX’s. • Project consisted of implementations in 800 plus domestic and international retail stores. • Provided leadership and technical proficiency to accelerate project. • Regularly participated in team meetings to ensure documentation was precise.
