Daily Duties at Imperial Health Care :
Managed a 113 bed long term facility/rehab center food service department. Developed and implemented a 4 week cycle menu, recipes, production sheets to coincide with menus, cleaning schedules, work assignments, work schedule every 2 weeks, Monitored sanitation progress and implemented interventions, inservice and education on a continual basis. Quality Assurance. All the ordering of food, supplies, and equipment as needed.
