Help Desk Analyst (Co-op Work Term)  Provided training and help desk support for over 100 people.  Contributed in training and orientation of other staff on office policies and procedures.  Helped establish an inventory database to track computer equipment.  Regularly performed hardware and software maintenance.  Maintained computing facilities and managed printers.
