Established incentive program which rewards operators based on results. Achieved $360 K (PBIT) in project savings, by directing development and implementation of operations improvements and change-management strategy. Developed training manual and delivered training for operators; which reduced scrap rate by 20%. Communicated project progress weekly to senior management. Support clients with the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve business processes. Mentor to green belt team member to ensure projects are generated and tracked on time.
