Daily Duties at Various Framing,Door, & Cabinet Contractors Las Vegas, Nv. :
I worked as an apprentice, up to a journeyman for local framing and cabinet contractors. I learned every aspect of wood framing to finish carpentry. From blueprint reading, lay-out, plate and buck-up, to; frame, joist, stack, fascia, sheath, windows, and interior & exterior doors, trim, and elevations. I also installed cabinets and countertops in residential homes and apartment buildings. I worked as a carpenter performing residential and commercial wood framing. I worked my way up to a foreman position and subsequently was in charge of the commercial field. I left the company when I obtained my contractors license.
