I worked as a journeyman carpenter installing millwork and cabinets. I installed crown moulding, wall panels, doors, hardware, trim, ceiling treatments, and cabinets. I worked for this company more than once between 1993 and 1996. I was also in charge of the lay-out for every bar in the casino area at the MGM Grand hotel during construction. I installed millwork facades at Sam,s Town Hotel & Casino in the atrium area. Facades were located from the 2nd to the 10th floors, and they consisted of siding, window treatments, capitals, and crown mouldings. It was exterior type work, but was located inside the building. I installed crown moulding and chair rail all the way up the MGM hotel high-rise. Mouldings had to be mirror matched on all cuts due to "Egg and dart" patterns. I worked as a framing carpenter at a commercial strip mall setting beams, trusses, & doors. I also worked other properties performing tenant improvements such as; Setting pre-hung metal jambs, doors, and panic hardware. Building partitions using metal studs and drywall.
