Daily Duties at Watson Pharmaceuticals:
Regulatory Operations Assistant - 10/2005 – 08/2007. Duties included compiling and preparing formal documents to FDA and other international regulatory agencies. Responsible for maintaining FDA correspondence database with new FDA correspondence and electronic filing/archiving. Collaborating with corporate office in the investigation of complaints. Assisting the department with regulatory projects as needed. Quality Compliance Complaints Coordinator - 06/2003 - 04/2004. Interim position concurrent with data entry duties. Duties included receiving, reviewing, assigning and coordination of complaint investigations for products produced on-site, complaint investigation tracking in Access, regular correspondence with corporate office regarding complaints, compilation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for complaints received, other duties as assigned. Quality Assurance Data Entry Clerk - 04/2003 - 10/2005. Promoted within the department. Duties included tasks such as correspondence, filing, Excel data entry, investigating Quality Variances monthly, issuing and updating of pharmaceutical controlled forms and manuals, compilation of QA information for Annual Product Review and Semi-Annual complaint trend reports, and other projects as assigned.
