Receptionist for Utah Fire Equipment. Duties included answering and routing phone calls, addressing questions and concerns regarding invoices and payments. Duties also included accounts receivable responsibilities including entering customer and invoice information into Cyma for Windows, printing and mailing invoices to customers, processing credit card payments, and other assignments as assigned.
