Lead Aqusiton of loan Auditing company. Incresed profit margin by realigning pricing to acheive a 42% profit margin. A Work in progress. o Business opportunity for a mortgage company or equipment leasing • Mortgage banking Branch manager o Operated my own branch hired, managed 16 loan officers and processors, rode the market Trend for 6 years. • Hi-tech mortgage banking Branch Manager o Utilized lap tops in virtual branch operations allowing expansion of market area and number of loan officers from local to regional sales force. This model was unsustainable in then unstable market conditions of 2007 to Date.
