Sales Coordinator  Promoted from Foundry Division; reported to Plant Manager, Plastics Division.  Established and maintained two-shift production scheduling system. Teamed with Plant Superintendent and lead persons to give them ownership and incentive to meet and exceed production goals.  Increased production efficiency by 50% and increased on time delivery by 35%, from 60% to 95%.  Sole inside salesperson, established excellent business relationships with new and existing customers.  Performed job cost analyses, teaming with Plant Manager and Accounting Manager.  Calculated and submitted sales proposals to customers, based on Engineering drawings and part prints.  Established and maintained inventory management system for raw materials and finished goods.  Purchasing Agent for Plastics Division, responsible for all purchasing, raw materials to tools; negotiated pricing discounts and stocking agreements with vendors.
