•Developed SOA Enterprise Framework supporting multiple websites, real-time login capabilities for order tracking, online services, subscriptions, newsletters and advertising campaigns. This framework is responsible for serving 650k accounts at www.provida.com, chat.provida.com, www.smarttechnique.com and www.bodymakeover.com •Programmed (ASP, C#.NET, T-SQL) and implemented the online help-desk and knowledge based information system resulting in significant savings of phone and support time •Created and programmed (ASP, SQL, .NET, T-SQL) an online affiliate system with real-time order tracking, traffic reports, conversion reports and automated the payment system resulting in significant time savings •Converted the segmented online order system from MS Access to MS SQL Server and from ASP to VB/C#.NET. Improved business layer and introduced stored procedures resulting in significant response time increase and added system stability
