Maintain inventory levels of proprietary and locally purchased office products. Initiate and sustain local vendor relationships including set up of vendor and product information. Set up new vendors and vendor product. Sourcing product, obtaining quotes from vendors, provide suggested sell pricing based on cost and margin. Maintain scheduling of inbound deliveries of product in relation to purchase order due dates, receiving dock capacity and team man-hours. Practical experience with warehouse planning and layout to produce optimum efficiency and profitability. Obtain return authorizations, create and process returns of product to vendors or manufacturers. Resolve invoice discrepancies due to cost or quantitative differences when matched to purchase orders. Contribute as a member of safety committee, participate in safety training and plans, and maintain monthly meeting documentation.
