INITIAL AND FINAL TESTING ON PAINT,CLEARCOATS,RESINS,INTERMEDIATES,TINTS. ADJUSTED BATCHES INTO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS, COLOR,GLOSS,pH,VON-VOLATILE MASS,WEIGHT PER GALLON,AND VISCOSITY. PERFORMED FINAL CLEAN CHECKS AND REVERIFIED PROPERTIES AT FILLOUT STAGE.PERFORMED DAILY CALIBRATION AND SOME MONTHLY CALIBRATION OF LAB EQUIPMENT. STORE AND CONTROLRETAINS AND LOGS. PERFOMED FORMULA REVIEW AND ANALYZED PROBLEM BATCH REPORTS. PERFORMED LAB STOCKING DUTIES USING KANBAN. PERFORMED HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES IN LAB AND SPRAY BOOTHS. UPDATED WORK INSTRUCTIONS, ENTERED QC DATA OF INITIAL AND FINAL QC TESTS. FOLLOWED PRODUCTION IN THE MILLING OF TINTS AND IN THE MAKING OF INTERMEDIATES AND RESINS. WATCHED OVER THE PRODUCTION OF CLEARCOATS AND QC'ED THEM OUT. FILING PAPERWORK DAILY FOR RAWS, INQC AND PRODUCTION CLEARS. USED LEAN PRACTICES IN ALL ASPECTS OF LAB DUTIES. SPECIALIZED IN COLOR ADJUSTMENTS AND THE SHADING OF METALLIC BATCHES UP TO 3000 GALLONS.
