Manage Branding, Consumer Insights including Focus Groups & On-line marketing.) * Direct Local & Franchisee Marketing, co-op marketing, Local Store Marketing & LSM supplier relationships for all company/franchise stores. * Direct development/implementation of local marketing initiatives w/major employers, local/state governments, school districts, hospitals, professional/amateur teams (kindergarten to major university partnerships) Develop increases of catering sales to events of 15,000 persons * Raised incremental transactions in Year # 1 of key company restaurants by double digits; sales by high single digits (+9%) by LSM roll-out during a period of $4.00/gal gasoline, in a period when competitive restaurant brands were down by15-20%. * Directed LSM Program training, implementation and analytics for franchisee trading areas in 83 markets, with deliverables of double digit increases.
