Daily Duties at Avante Group:

Responsible for 7 Nursing Home Facilities, Business Office Departments. Helping Business Office Managers with billing questions follow up, checking billing and trust procedures for accuracy. Responsible for all aspects of the Business Office, staffing, scheduling, cash receipts, cash collections, all aspects of the billing department, billing and following up on insurance claims, appeals, denials, etc. Electronic Medicaid billing, monthly charges and crossover claims. Patient trust, petty cash, accounts payable. *Promoted to Regional Director after only 6 months.
