Direct contact with all clients and vendors for print jobs (Time Warner Cable ect.) Filling out creative check list of customer specifications for art department and send out PDF of print for client approval. Call vendors for best price quote and turn around date. Prepare proposal to client for pricing and ship date. Back up all CSM personal, phones, input vendor payables/receivables, daily incomming and outgoing mail; UPS, Fed EX, Priority Dispatch, reconciliation of office billing and order all office supplies.
