Directed a review and analysis of microgravity science experiments conducted in space for NASA and DoD. Lead a project for NASA that focused on technology innovation and development in the U.S. This task was accomplished by reviewing past government-industry cooperative efforts, examining capabilities of NASA Centers to lead development in the technologies, and surveying the state of current and planned research in academia, industry, and government agencies to determine the role that NASA might play within the development process.
