Conforming and Government loans (County, City & Bond Programs) Perform a wide variety of tasks: Lead follow up after initial contact from Realty Division, Credit analysis, input 1003 into system -Gather of documentation, verify for accuracy of documentation to process the loan file.-Structure the loan for Electronic Loan submission through top Lenders’ Underwriting Engines to meet guidelines and obtain the Conditional Loan Approval- Federal Reserve Loan compliance, practices & procedures.-Prepare G.F.E., request Title, Appraisal, VOE, VOR, VOM & Insurances-Package the File for underwriting submission, clear all conditions. Calculate all figures for HUD-1, review file documents for Quality Control, Title, Deed, Disclosures, Security Instruments, Insurances.
