Daily Duties at Solid Financial Mortgage Corp:
Originator duties: Cold Calling, Lead generation through advertising and networking in search of potential clients and leads.-Pre-Qualify the borrower’s for credit ability and worthiness, shop the market for best Commercial/ Residential interest rates & Loan Programs to meet client’s scenarios-Collect and analyze all financial documentation, do DSCR analysis, Prepare GFE, Input Data into “Point data file”, Electronic Submission with Mayor Nationwide Lender’s Decision Engines, DU,LP for loan pre-approval & Underwriting -Collect all required documentation, Prepare Full file for Bank, follow up with the lenders, Clear all Underwriting Conditions, Rate Lock, review Fee Sheet and HUD-1 -Communicate with the clients at all times with updates on the loan process and handle timelines for closing of the loans-Post closing contact with clients in search for referral business and client retention.
