Daily Duties at Cmp Commercial/Capital Mortgage Partners L.L.C. :
Wholesale Account Executive Nationwide. Commercial/Residential Lender & Commercial Correspondent with All Mayor Wall Street Conduits, Pension Funds, Insurance Funds, Hedge Funds & Private Investors. Duties: Cold Calling Mortgage Companies, Realtors and Referral Partners Nationwide developing business relationships and soliciting Commercial Loans secured by Real Estate, Business Loans, Unsecured Business Lines of Credit and other related services. -Take loan applications, study feasibility of scenarios through review of Financial Statements, tax returns, credit reports, bank statements, and other property data provided by 3rd. parties, Income and expense analysis to calculate DSCR and DTI to evaluate loan placement. -Shop the loans based on program request or market availability, in-depth knowledge of market products from all sources of capital- Solve problems for clients communicate accurate information and handle expectations in a timely manner- Networking activities to generate new business.
