Daily Duties at Automated Packaging Systems:
o Managed Outlook calendars, proactively managing overlaps and coordinating meetings. Attended meetings and provided transcription as necessary. o Created, proofed, revised and edited business correspondence. o Responded to calls and answered questions. Responsible for greeting visitors and providing tours. Coordinated office luncheons and special events. o Coordinated domestic/international travel arrangements and itineraries. o Provided administrative support including copying, faxing, mail handling, and supply management. Processed expense reports and invoices. o Collected and analyzed data to write organizational and Staff Meeting presentations. Captured time and quality measurements by developing charts and graphs to show trends. o Authored a 300 page administrative manual which was adopted for key positions in the Customer Service and Sales Departments. o Maintained business files and supervised summer intern responsible for reorganization of those files. Increased Responsibility-Reported to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing o Solely responsible for a Sales inventory of $500K in demonstration machinery. Initiated customer contracts, tracked, invoiced, and shipped units throughout the United States for sales demonstrations. o Collected and compiled a database of more than 70 sales leads per month. o Assumed the work load of the Executive Assistant when out on maternity leave
