•Managed a large volume of calls from parents seeking a specialist for their child. •Also managed eHealth email referrals for International, Local and Out-of-State parents. •Referred patients to the appropriate physician for care; attend Manger’s Counsel Meetings. •Ensured that all routine inpatient consults are reported to the appropriate specialist. •Occasionally, review patients medical record to ensure accuracy of order requested. •Entered all physician referrals and inpatient consults into the LVM computer database. •Retrieved messages from the Physician Referral voice mail system for processing. •Generated reports regarding all consults and referrals. •Reviewed Patient Order Catalog Search log daily to ensure all orders had been reported.
