Daily Duties at Central Florida Healthcare, Inc.:

•Manage and supervise the Patient Care Team Assistances in the Business Services department. •Control professional and proper flow of the clinic, and assist with patient registration. •Daily gather staff for “huddle” with brief updates, and to encourage morale. •Generate monthly reports, and weekly check record releases with exception of subpoenas. •Answer incoming calls from patients, vendors and from the corporation. •Ensure all time-sheets are ready for transport for the following business day for processing. •Pull medical records for triage of patient in need of care for the Nurse Supervisor. •Arrange quarterly chart audits, emergency drills and center specific meetings. •Assist with closing of each business day, and ensure facility is secure for the evening.
