Daily Duties at Harco Metal Products:
Tasks included managing the production of numerous metal products for a wide variety of clients.Prototyping, developing jigs, fixtures, and production process and procedures.that would expedite the manufacturing of clients work in a safe,manner. Develope quality control procedures to maintain specific tollerences for each product. Implement and enforce safety procedures. Develope a positive work culture within the shop. Manage man power and work flow to ensure maximum productivity.
