Daily Duties at Signature Consultants, Llc:
• Recruited for 3-4 months for all levels of IT to better understand the concepts of the staffing industry. • Successfully hit metrics set up by managers for cold calling and meeting potential candidates for open positions. • Transitioned into a business development role at the four-month mark upon hitting the targets. • Went through a sales training course over the transition period. Over the last 15 months, developed and grew a client base of 20 new accounts and transitioned into several existing relationships. • Responsible as part of the sales team to take ownership of managing the recruiting team, its efforts and spearheading new projects within the office. • Used my training and marketing skills to develop and grow my client base by selling our staffing services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions. • Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. • Act as an advocate for the customer; conducting business in a 'WIN WIN' fashion using the tools provided, calculate rates for new orders. • Identify and implement solutions to problems; solve problems for Customers as expeditiously as possible. • Perform pre- and post-delivery follow-up with each customer as needed. • Responsible for solidifying Signature’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events • Contact supervisors to determine candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs • Have made placements worth close to $10K /week in profit for the company on contract placements and close to $50K in permanent placement. • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
