Human Resource Generalist: Strategy & Customer Insights/Financial Services/Online Responsible for the delivery of efficient HR services through the development and implementation of HR processes and tools servicing 648 associates and managers including management of recruitment, new employee orientation, writing job descriptions, compensation changes, performance management process and exit interviews: • Designed an Associate Retention Toolkit to assist line managers in retaining their high performing associates • Identified Key Business priorities for 2009 and suggested HR strategies in alignment to the Business priorities • Listed organizational gaps in the current Online IT structure and mapped the structure with other IT companies • Created a Career Path Guide for the Online Merchandising team; this aided the transition between roles in full line stores and online • Designed a reward and recognition program that focuses on winning behaviors and goals of the Strategy team • Embedded five new behaviors critical to the success of SHC into the Financial Services team • Integrated 14 impacted associates from the Strategy team into other businesses within SHC • Key contact for 165 immigrant associates from Online and Strategy on all immigration processes • Counseled associates on transitioning into different roles within Online and Strategy • Prepared Talent Updates/metrics to guide business decisions
