- Executed cross function marketing activates including financially managing a $4M budget, executing a global marketing plan, and reporting out to the executive cabinet across data networking, voice and multi-media lines of business. - Responsible for quarterly external investor relations package for C-level executives on the health of the business from within each of Nortel’s enterprise businesses. - Established consistent best practice benchmarks across product portfolio teams as well as CRM, MRM, and budget implementation committees. - Successfully implemented and established monthly Enterprise business dashboard for executives to track ROI measures within the business and marketing projects.
