- Develop and drive strategic direction for Nortel’s VPN Security and Application Switching product portfolios including value propositions, sales enablement tools, solutions oriented growth programs and global spiff initiatives. - Globally diagnosed and implemented data networking business growth plan initiatives including go-to-market strategy and expansion and training development for internal sales force. - Successfully deployed strict ROI measurements programs, focus groups, and best practices working with cross-functional teams within Nortel as well as third party vendors. - Instituted data technology educational learning series as a means to successfully morph Nortel’s largest voice user group to parallel that of today’s network convergence view.
