Daily Duties at Pitney Bowes:

Served in many roles, sales rep, sales manager, sales district director, national sales trainer, national account manager, travel extensively mostly to east coast to customer locations. Build and maintain relationships,customer retention, expand company footprint, cross sell, work with other internal business units with company. Sell software based solutions, and hardware. Provided sales train for new hire sales reps, taught at National learning center, also travel to sales districts nationa-wide. Responsible for district budgets, sign off on all bills generated locally, approved managers expenses, and sales contest. Oversee performance plans, action plans, and corrective action plans. Worke very closely with HR rep for employee separations. Managed four sales managers and one customer service manager. Attainment of sales budgets and goals, hired sales people,hired sales managers promoted sales managers. Developed and improved customer relationship matters. Distributed sales territories, and accounts based on position levels.
