Daily Duties at Centex Home Equity:
Supervise a Jr. Loan Processor in opening loans and verifying borrower´s documentation. Responsible for loan processing and preclosing/closing tasks, work up loan files with loan officers; including calculating best loan scenarios. Accountable to ensure quality customer service provided to internal/external customers and execute quality control to meet company and government compliance standards.
