Front Desk:Directed patients to appointments and special departments. Assisted disable patients,ambulance EMTs into clinic, and patients needing to return to Lab. Accepting and delivering incoming packages & mail. Medical Records Assistant: Delivering and retrieving charts upon request, as well as, ordering offsite records.Preparing charts for allergy department. Directing all incoming documents to clinic, or filing documents to large for EMR or paper charts.Scanning documents into EMR. Correspondence Dept: Ordering and retrieving records, copying records, delivering to patient, and accept payments.
