Daily Duties at Return Products Management:
Working knowledge of regulations and compliance issues relating hazardous materials and issues. • Responsible for method improvement, development and validation for in process product. • Effectively manage all daily operational activities of drivers, sales, and manufacturing employees. • Responsible for managing all aspects of site operation management • Responsible for all aspects of maintenance of truck fleet • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local Safety and Environmental regulations. • Financial data and metrics including budgeting, and key financial indicators. • Accounts payable and receivable. Locates new venders to save money. • Creating a daily, monthly and yearly plan to maximize production with less manpower. • All aspects of Human resources. Monitors employee benefits Full knowledge of State and Federal laws. • Payroll: Schedules, inputs, modifies on weekly basis. • Manage building and equipment maintenance, security, and OSHA compliances. • Responsible for employee selection, training, and, if necessary, termination. • Maintained shipping, receiving, purchasing and inventory of warehouse, and truck fleet. • Responsible for writing work procedures Ensure the employees possess training to do their jobs. • Responsible for professional development of supervisor staff. • Planning budgets and insures that everyone sticks to the plan. • Observing, coaching and monitoring employees. • All aspects of safety and creating written procedures. • Develop and implement plans to improve inventory managemen
