Daily Duties at Psc Industrial And Environmental Services Inc:
Supervise and monitor all daily operations for multiple sites thought the South Central United States. • Manage and create written work and safety procedures. • Responsible for all aspects of maintenance of truck fleet • Accounts Payable: Detail billing • Maintained shipping, receiving, purchasing and inventory of warehouse. • Full knowledge and responsible for D.O.T. logs, laws, bi-laws and hazardous materials documentation • Weekly inventory: purchasing and monitoring weekly needs for operation. • All aspects of Human resources. State and Federal laws including Union laws. • Payroll: Schedules, inputs, modifies on weekly basis. • Financial data and metrics including budgeting, and key financial indicators. • Manage building maintenance, security, OSHA, EPA and Wicks compliances. • Monitoring and contributing to all aspects of sales and services. • Job quotes and contract negotiations. • Control all aspects of safety to insure no recordable incidents. • Develop and implement plans to improve management and operations. • Vendor or marketing partnerships in order to address gaps, and drive growth, in service line. • Responsible for employee selection, training, and, if necessary, termi
