• Executed strategic brand vision process for corporate brand and new services to create value propositions, positioning statements; graphic designs, collateral and promotional content. Developed first-ever unified brand identity for the organization. • Designed, developed and maintained corporate website including site navigation, copy writing, content management system design, graphics selection, search engine optimization. • Created recruitment campaigns for hospitals, nursing homes, homes health agencies and physician offices to participate in three-year Federal government quality improvement projects; recruited 1,500 physicians, 15 acute care hospitals, 80 nursing homes and over 40 home health agencies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for one Scope of Work. • Created social marketing campaigns to educate Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries of their health care rights. • Monitored and evaluated Federal and State legislation and media for business development opportunities. • Ensured website and documentation compliance to Federal regulations, including Section 508 and P3P Privacy standards. • Grew Masspro revenue by 50% in one year through the development and management of the business development process, from opportunity research and identification through the management of proposal generation; obtaining new contracts in HIT, Pay-for-Performance and Secure Messaging services. • Launched Health Information Technology assessment and implementation services to physician offices.
