Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase & Co.:
User Experience Manager within the Asset Management Division's desktop portal, the Workstation. Responsibilities include all facets of user interface management from requirements gathering, wire framing, story boarding, and prototyping to the project management aspects of documenting business and functional requirements. Manage projects through User Acceptance Testing, production implementation, Front Office training and communication and regression testing. Ensure best practices for online user experience, including XHTML, DHTML and Web 2.0, for the Workstation by creating web standards and approving all new content and applications to the Workstation Create comprehensive wire frames, story boards, prototypes and graphics for all new applications on the Workstation in 2008 Create requirements documentation for initiatives including Client Search, Account Summary, Credit & Mortgage Origination Requests, Personal Identifiable Information Suppression, Blackberry CRM application and many others Design and deliver training programs for Front Office users Facilitate communication between the Technical Plan, Technology Build, the Middle Office Groups and the end users
