• Responsible for the internal IT organization in a growing, multi-site startup environment, including budgeting, planning, and managing staff • Managed partners, vendors, and IT connectivity for a client-side production network consisting of 105 nationwide mall and theater locations • Planned and managed several corporate infrastructure projects, such as a full WAN performance overhaul, a production network migration, and a corporate intranet rollout • Introduced extensive IT policies, procedures, and documentation • Took part in daily IT administration and support • Managed all telecom and technical purchasing
