Provide representation for clients' litigation needs from inception to conclusion. Strong legal/financial/accounting practice built on nexus of deep industry knowledge, regulatory and financial skills. Clients include commercial and residential landlords and tenants, commercial real estate brokers, software and content providers, facilities-based carriers, ISPs, undersea cable owners/operators, private equity funds, healthcare providers and healthcare information publishers, and wireless marketing companies. Provide policy/legislative analysis of international telecommunications, technology, Internet and e-commerce/digital signature laws for consultancies and NGOs.
