• Worked successfully and thoroughly with clients to effectively gather business requirements to aid them in more proficiently managing their business through updated computer systems; reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated business systems and user needs • Knowledgeable and experienced in using structured software development methods including utilization of SDLC documents for accurate reporting of business requirements and familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts; wrote detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and critical paths required to develop or modify computer programs • Effectively and concisely communicated with management, application users, programmers, and other technical staff to interpret requirements and business practices and then acted as a liaison in translating them into a stable model more practical for developers • Worked with diverse business areas to accurately define and pinpoint report data requirements, including apprising them of any possible methods to improve said reports • Performed various administrative, technical, and maintenance tasks to support various application operations as well as troubleshooting of the application’s performance
