Daily Duties at Fki Logistex:

 Managed light-and voice-directed picking systems used in global distribution for major retail corporations  Managed 5 major disciplines for budgetary project completion; Software, System engineering, IT, drafting and project management groups  Inspected, verified and corrected Sales Force data for implementation, application development and integration  Developed, implemented, and managed complex projects within contractual times and budgetary constraints  Worked closely with customers to generate sales of product before the project life cycle began.  Negotiated budgetary contracts that ensured quality results  Work directly with customers to clarify project scope and overall use of system solutions (based on sales proposal and customer request for proposal.)  Provided on-site management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents.  Managed selection of components from external suppliers based on system functionality and environmental factors.  Review product pricing and gross margin goals for existing products annually and establish new product pricing  Place material orders with external vendors for off the shelf and custom components.  Generate and drive detailed project schedules in coordination with subcontractors and site personnel and other stakeholders  Hold project management meetings at customer site for design reviews, status and problem resolution.  Maintain on-site presence during installation start-up and direct ongoing post phase of projects.  Oversee subcontractor and labor (up to 20 people) during installation, design and start up phase.  Assist with technical writing to generate functional specifications, user documents and system manuals.  Reconcile material and financial records for monthly project summary and project budgetary forecasting.  Training and mentoring onsite and offsite managers, and system engineers.
