Daily Duties at Dorel Juvenile Group:

Worked in a team-oriented environment to design new child restraint systems Worked in a team-oriented environment to improve existing child restraint systems New Products Surefit Infant Travel system – Worked with team to implement new infant car seat design Surefit 35 Infant Travel System – Evaluated existing platform and design components to increase maximum weight from 22 to 35 lbs. Managed projects from concept to implementation. Coordinate with manufacturing to run pilot runs for modified and new child restraint systems Worked with QA to evaluate the necessary testing for the components and the child restraint system. Worked with model shop to develop prototype components and restraint systems Experience with injection molding, foam molding, and metal fabrication
