Documentation Control and Assistant Administration Manager • Develops, implements, and enhances project documental management and control programs and systems. • Ensures compliance with legal and customer requirements and provides project team with effective, easy-to-use processes for maintaining and retrieving information vital to project objectives and operations. • Oversees and coordinates the receipt, retention, storage, maintenance and retrieval of documents. • Developed, and maintains the project’s electronic document management system. • Developed the system’s configuration management plan. • Conducts document management software and applicable peripheral hardware training for staff. • Advises on appropriate procedures for preserving, storing, retaining and retrieving documents. • Develops and implements policies and procedures for document management and control. • Acts as administrator and power user of project and Authority-wide document management and control systems and software. • Supervises and oversees the organization, retention and storage of capital project • Generated documents to ensure proper routing, distribution, filing and storage of all project-related documents and materials. • Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to track departmental capital and major maintenance projects. • Performs Contract management and administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. • Performs other duties as assigned.
