Daily Duties at Finlay Fine Jewelry:

• Responsible for ensuring all projects relating to End-User Computing and Hardware at the Distribution Center and NYHQ are organized and completed on schedule. • Installation and maintenance of 1500 PCs at 750 locations in the US. • Organize workload, train and motivate 9 direct reports and follow up on problem areas of the desktop. • Asset Management, PC Imaging, Windows OS Patches and Upgrades • Level (2) support for all Dell desktop PCs and hardware repair. • Network Cabling, McAfee ePO Enterprise Administration, Veritas Backup Exec DLO Console, SSL/VPN connectivity and rollouts. • Manage the daily operations for rollouts, POS installs, License Management. • Currently managing 300+ POS rollout to 70 retail stores across the US.
