Managed all sales and marketing for a wholesale managing general agency (Access General Agency, Inc.) whose affiliates included: claims administration and premium finance companies specializing in private passenger specialty auto and small to mid-sized commercial programs. Attained #13 ranking on the Inc. 500 List of fastest growing privately held companies®. Created and managed national sales team of 21 sales managers, operating in 10 states. Recruited, trained and managed a network of over 1,800 independent retail agency producers, developing over $85M in annual premium. Directed product development efforts for auto, property and commercial lines in 10 states.
