Production supervisor fo 18 techniciansProduction supervisor for an aircraft parts manufacturer. Produce critical carbon fiber composites structures utilizing state of the art resin transfer molding technologies for the F22 aircraft program. Conforming to AS9100 practices and standards, utilizing lean manufacturing processes and implemented 5s standards to achieve world class quality and an aircraft that is second to none • Supervised 18 technicians in the manufacturing of aircraft parts through team concepts and lean manufacturing practices • Reduced direct labor , while increasing productivity and quality through cross training and sustaining a 98.2% parts shipped • Met and exceeded all monthly and quartile projections in quality, cost and manpower. • Worked with the quality department to ensure all parts met AS9100 standards and DOD specifications
